BRAND AWARDS
- Royal Caribbean sailed into the No. 1 spot on Southern Living’s 2026 South’s Best awards for “Best Cruise Line.” After surveying more than 17,000 travel enthusiasts, the vacation brand came out on top with its revolutionary ships offering unmatched chill and jaw-dropping thrills, visiting destinations in the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and beyond.
- Royal Caribbean was named the “Best Cruise Line for Families” and “Best Cruise Line Loyalty Program” in the 2026 The Points Guy Awards. Star of the Seas stood out among the brand’s ships for family-friendly onboard experiences including waterparks, miniature golf and laser tag, plus spacious ways to stay including the Ultimate Family Townhouse. The vacation brand also scored points for its multi-generational appeal onboard with Icon Class neighborhoods like Surfside for kids and adults-only venues like The Hideaway.

- Royal Caribbean took the top four spots in Newsweek’s 2026 Reader’s Choice Awards. Star, Symphony, Oasis and Anthem of the Seas ranked Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively, as the “Best Cruise Ships for Families 2026” in the Summer Travel 2026 category with Mariner of the Seas following closely at No. 7.
- Royal Caribbean was named the “Best Mainstream Ocean Cruise Company” in the 2026 Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards in London. The vacation brand has won this title for 19 consecutive years.
- Royal Caribbean took home three wins from the Cruise Excellence Awards, including “Best Ship in the Mediterranean (Allure of the Seas), Best Entertainment and Best Brand Recognition by Travel Agencies.”
- The vacation brand snagged the TTG China Travel Awards for “Best Cruise Operator in China” in the Travel Services Awards category. Royal Caribbean is delivering 2- to 11- night vacations on Spectrum of the Seas from Shanghai and Hong Kong, China, to bucket-list destinations in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan; Seoul, South Korea, and more. In 2027, the adventures continue with more immersive journeys throughout East Asia.

SHIP AWARDS
- Royal Caribbean’s Star of the Seas was named “The Best Cruise Overall” in the first-ever PureWow Travel Awards. The revolutionary Icon Class ship made waves among PureWow editors for the spacious Infinite Balcony staterooms, unmatched chill at seven pools spanning multiple decks, and jaw-dropping entertainment including “Back to the Future: The Musical” on stage at the Royal Theater and thrilling high dives at the AquaTheater.
- Star of the Seas also earned a spot on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Hot List for “The best new cruises in the world.” This is the third travel award Star has won since its debut in August 2025.
EXCLUSIVE DESTINATIONS AWARDS
- Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in Nassau, The Bahamas, was featured in the 2026 Women’s Health Travel Awards list for “reset worthy cruises.” At the beach club, vacationers can experience the Ultimate Beach Day in Nassau from party vibes at the world’s largest swim-up bar in Party Cove to laidback relaxation at Paradise Beach.
