Margaritaville at Sea Cruise Line has revealed the first artists set to take the stage at Zac Brown’s Same Boat live music venue aboard the all-new Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, featuring performers selected through a nationwide talent search and live showcase held earlier this year in Nashville.
Developed in collaboration with three-time GRAMMY Award winner Zac Brown and inspired by his hit song “Same Boat,” the world’s first artist-designed live music venue at sea brings together unforgettable performances, the storytelling tradition of Nashville’s singer-songwriters, and a strong connection between artists and fans. Guests can enjoy the experience while sailing to some of the Caribbean’s most iconic destinations.
The artists advanced from Margaritaville at Sea’s nationwide casting call to live auditions in Nashville, where they were ultimately selected to bring the Same Boat experience to life.

They will appear on select Beachcomber sailings alongside a broader roster of world-class artists, giving guests a different mix of live music throughout the ship’s inaugural season.
“These artists are the real deal,” said Zac Brown. “They’re great musicians, they know how to connect and move the audience to create memories. That’s what Same Boat is all about, and I’m excited for people to experience what they bring to the stage.”
The first artists announced for Same Boat include:
- Kevin MaC (@kevinmacmusic) – A seasoned singer-songwriter and producer with deep roots in Music City, MaC is known for high-energy shows and a distinctly Southern perspective. He has shared the stage with Kenny Chesney, Trace Adkins, Rascal Flatts and Kip Moore, building a career that spans both songwriting and live performance.
- Jessica Rose (@realjessicarose) – A powerhouse vocalist with a country-rock edge, Rose performs more than 240 shows each year and has shared the stage with Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and Lainey Wilson. Her energetic stage presence has made the Nashville-based artist a standout on the live music circuit.
- Jacob Rice (@jacobricemusic) – With more than one million streams across his music, Rice has earned recognition from Spotify editorial playlists, BMI’s Next Big Wave and Tennessee Songwriters Week. The Nashville singer-songwriter pairs a contemporary country sound with an authentic approach to songwriting that has made him one of Music City’s artists to watch.
- Ben Chase (@thebenchase) – Originally from Prince Edward Island, Chase has built his career around a signature “Tiki Tonk” sound that pairs country storytelling with coastal energy. Now based in Nashville, he has earned more than 8 million global streams, multiple No. 1 Canadian country hits, and shared the stage with Dan + Shay, Zach Bryan and Scotty McCreery.
- Anthony Billups (@anthonybillups) – Rooted in classic country with a modern edge, Billups is known for heartfelt songwriting and an energetic live show. The Nashville singer-songwriter, who appeared on A&E’s Crazy Hearts: Nashville, has shared the stage with Luke Bryan and Jo Dee Messina.
- Breanna Faith (@breannafaithmusic) – An award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Faith draws on country music’s storytelling tradition with a fresh contemporary sound. Her heartfelt delivery and musicianship have helped build a growing following among country fans.
“Same Boat was designed to celebrate the connection between music, storytelling and travel, and these artists represent exactly what we envisioned from the very beginning,” said Christopher Ivy, Chief Executive Officer of Margaritaville at Sea.
“Working with Zac to bring this concept to life has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re excited for our guests to discover these talented performers in a setting unlike anything else at sea.”

Same Boat will come to life as Beachcomber sails in January 2027, with artists appearing on select sailings to Grand Cayman, Jamaica, San Juan, St. Thomas, Puerto Plata, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and Nassau, pairing Music City sounds with itineraries spanning the Eastern and Southern Caribbean.
